# MyRacingPath, Full Documentation for LLMs > AI motorsport career platform for racing drivers, and the coaches and teams who run them. ## About MyRacingPath is an AI motorsport career platform built and run by MY RACING PATH LTD, a UK company. It began inside the sport, as the tool we went looking for when planning a move from karting towards car racing and could not find. The platform pairs a maintained database of UK and European championships with AI to build career plans, coach the driving, record the season, and run the business side of a racing career. The audience is racing drivers of any age from 13 up, plus the coaches, academies and racing schools who want structured career planning instead of vague advice. Minimum age is 13, and sign-up refuses anyone younger. ## Sections in detail ### Racing Path A step-by-step plan from the series the driver races now to the one they are aiming at. The driver enters their age, current series, budget and goals, and the plan is built from real championship records. Each step carries: - The championship, the class, and the year it would happen - A season cost estimate - The licence that must be held before that step - Age eligibility Available on Free for the current step only. Pro and Max show the whole plan, and add: - Rewriting any step in the driver's own words, then regenerating the plan around the change - If-then branches for a step that could go two ways: 2 branches per plan on Pro, unlimited on Max Pro also gets the Path Agent, which discusses the plan and edits it on a draft map that only saves on confirmation. Career Simulation and the what-if scenario planner are Max. There is exactly one active plan per driver. Multi-path was removed in July 2026. ### Race Engineer A chat that already holds the driver's context: skill scores, career plan, logged sessions, setup notes and goals. The driver does not have to explain their situation first. It is reachable from every page in the app. Personalities: - Coach: warm and instructional. Explains the reasoning behind every answer so the driver learns the principle - Professional: blunt, structured, leads with the numbers, treats a weekend as a problem to diagnose - Custom: the driver writes the persona and the engineer takes on that character The engineer is honest. It will say when a budget does not support a target series, or when a driver needs more seat time before moving up. It refuses to act as a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser and redirects those questions to a qualified human. Drivers can save their own actions (for example "suggest a change to my path", "log a race") and re-run them in one click. By plan: - Free: fast model - Pro: fast and pro models, a deep analysis mode, document uploads (results sheets, PDFs, images), and your choice of default chat model - Max: season memory, meaning the whole logged year sits in chat context on every message, plus the ability to choose which model each feature uses There is no live web search on any plan. ### Season Where the season is recorded. Free: - Log practice, qualifying and race sessions, weekend by weekend - Import a whole event from an Alpha Race Hub link instead of typing it in - Budget tracker: log costs by category against a season target - Season objectives with live progress - Championship standings and a round-by-round view of the season - Setup notes per session, tagged by track and conditions Pro and Max add: - Session analysis and comparison: where the lap time is going - Pace consistency analysis: how repeatable the laps are, not just the best one - A pre-race briefing built from the driver's own history at that circuit - A debrief after each race and a full review at the end of the season ### Academy Seven fixed courses. Lessons are gated to the vehicle the driver actually races, so a rental kart driver is not taught about downforce. - Racecraft: overtaking, defending, awareness, starts, traffic, wet racecraft, qualifying and race execution, working with a team, flags and on-track rules - Technique: vision, the racing line, corner phases, braking, throttle, steering, weight transfer, and class-specific skills - Management: tyres, fuel and energy, brake temperature, across a race distance. Direction of effect only, never a target number - Understanding the Car or Kart: setup levers as direction of effect, judging a rental kart you cannot adjust, component explainers gated per vehicle - Analysing and Improving: turning a session into evidence, the debrief, converting feel into data, prioritising weaknesses - Understanding Licences: the common karting and car licences and FIA grades, and where they sit on the ladder - Your Personal Brand: social presence and content, safe and professional online conduct, media and interview skills, and how sponsorship actually works Free picks one course. Pro and Max get all seven, written around the driver's car, class and level, and rewritten as each is completed. A reaction time test feeds the skill score. ### The Agents The business side of a racing career, kept separate from the Race Engineer, which coaches driving. The Career Manager comes with Pro; the Brand and Sponsorship Manager is Max. Career Manager (Pro and up): - Path Agent: discuss the career plan and edit it live before saving - Season budget: log costs and track spend against the target - Objectives: season objectives kept honest - Tasks: deadlines and to-dos Brand and Sponsorship Manager (Max): - Setup: brand kit (logo, colours, vision, contact details, socials, photos), sponsorship packages, follower counts - Deck: a sponsor deck generated from real logged results, exported as a PDF or a PowerPoint - Social: race reports and social posts written from the logged season - Prospect Search: real businesses by country, town, distance and category, each scored out of 100 for fit - Pipeline: a board tracking where each sponsor conversation stands - Outreach: approach emails drafted in the driver's own writing voice. Nothing sends without approval, and the cap is 60 sent emails per month - Inbox: replies are read, summarised and answered with the driver still in control How the prospect scoring works (published in full, unlike most sponsorship tools). Businesses come from Google Places, biased to a circle around the driver's town at 5, 10, 25 or 50 km, up to 12 results per search. The system cannot invent a business: if the search fails it says so. Before scoring, alcohol, tobacco and vape, cannabis, gambling and adult businesses are filtered out entirely, by category and by name, deliberately over-excluding, so the tie always goes to caution. Everything remaining is scored on six factors that sum to 100: category fit 0 to 30, local relevance 0 to 20 (decaying evenly to zero at 60 km), business prominence 0 to 15 (rating plus log-scaled review count), audience match 0 to 15 (consumer-facing 15, mixed 8, business-to-business 4), outreach viability 0 to 10 (website and phone 10), and budget likelihood 0 to 10. A missing field scores zero, never an estimate. Anything at 65 or above is flagged as a pick. Permanently closed businesses keep their listing at a fifth of the score. Every result carries its reasons in plain English, and nothing enters the pipeline without the driver choosing it. How sending is controlled. Outreach sends through the driver's own connected Gmail; there is no fallback that sends from a platform address. Six conditions are checked on every send: Gmail connected, plan eligible, message approved or scheduled, kill switch off, under the 60 per month cap, and a final content scan of the composed email. Draft and approve is the default on every account, and scheduling and unattended sending are opt-in. Inbound replies are scanned for grooming and scam patterns before the driver sees them, with lookalike and hidden characters normalised first; a flagged reply produces a neutral summary rather than a friendly suggested response. Also on Max: a sponsorship guide and Q&A, Career Simulation (how a season in a given championship could realistically play out, the only place probability scores appear), and the what-if scenario planner. How MyRacingPath differs from sponsorship-only platforms. Sponsorship-only tools do motorsport sponsorship and nothing else. That category runs from free profile and community pages at one end to prospecting tools from £99 a month at the other. MyRacingPath includes sponsorship inside Max from £24.99 a month, alongside career planning, an AI race engineer, season logging, an academy and a championship database. MyRacingPath publishes its scoring factors and their point budgets; the sponsorship-only tools describe AI matching without publishing weightings. MyRacingPath runs its exclusion filter before scoring rather than after, and no message sends without approval. Reviewed and extended weekly, with a changelog of what changed. As the database grows, existing career plans pick up the new options. ### Driver Profile and Skill Score Five pillars: - Pace: raw speed and proximity to the limit - Racecraft: awareness, overtaking, defending, holding position in a pack - Reaction Time: measured by the in-app test, not self-reported - Technicality: understanding of the machine and the conditions - Career Maturity: planning, professionalism, knowing what comes next Scores start from an onboarding assessment and move with logged results and end-of-season reviews. Each pillar comes with the full reasoning behind its score and specific advice on raising it, on every plan including free. The driver card exports as an image. Licences and results live on the same profile. ### Dashboard Next race countdown with that championship's stats, the skill score as a five-point graph with movement since last time, current position on the career path, recent sessions, academy progress, reaction time, and credits remaining this month. Three theme looks and six colour schemes, light and dark. ### Team For coaches, academies and schools. A manager seat plus 2 to 10 driver seats. Each driver is put on Pro or Max independently and keeps their own credit pool; pools are not shared. The manager seat adds a dashboard across the roster, side-by-side driver comparison reports, and a shared sponsor pipeline. White-label exports and API access are targeted for Q3 2026. ## Pricing The plan sets the tools. Inside Pro and Max the buyer then picks a credit level, five per plan. Credits are what the AI spends; the full monthly allowance lands at once on the billing date, with no burst cap. - Free: £0. 150 credits per month. Fast model.
