 REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on MyRacingPath (“the Platform”). We want you to be happy with your subscription, so we offer a straightforward refund process for new purchases.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase and receive a full refund.

  • This applies to your first subscription purchase only, not to renewals.
  • To request a cooling-off refund, email support@myracingpath.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Once the refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier immediately.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to prevent future charges.

4. How to Cancel

  • Go to Plans & Pricing in the app and click Manage subscription.
  • This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel immediately.
  • After cancelling, you keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • When the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. Your data is not deleted.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of the 14-day cooling-off period (for example, due to a billing error, extended platform outage, or other exceptional circumstance), contact us at support@myracingpath.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

6. Free Tier

The Free tier has no cost and therefore no refund applies. Upgrading from Free to a paid tier starts a new subscription subject to this policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
